Armoured crash bars and covers for full engine protection

The foundation of our offer for this model are crash bars, which are distinguished by their unique design based on 5 support points on each side. This solution allows for optimal dispersion of impact energy, protecting not only the radiators and fuel tank, but also the motorcycle's supporting structure from deformation. We use precisely bent high-grade steel tubes with dimensions of 27x2 mm, which we join using the TIG welding method. This ensures maximum structural rigidity while maintaining aesthetic and smooth welds. Our crash bars are fully compatible with both the Standard and Adventure Sports versions, supporting models with manual transmission and automatic DCT transmission.

Our comprehensive chassis protection consists primarily of armoured engine guards (skid plates). We make them from durable 3 mm thick aluminium, which is the golden mean between low weight and resistance to stone impacts or hard landings on obstacles. Garda guards are designed to tightly cover critical exhaust manifolds and the underside of the engine block, while working in conjunction with our crash bars as part of an integrated Full Set system. The technological openings in the guards are positioned to ensure adequate air circulation and facilitate cleaning of mud after intensive off-road riding.

Reliability in all conditions – installation and details

For motorcyclists travelling after dark, we have prepared dedicated halogen lamp holders. They allow for stable mounting of auxiliary lighting directly in the contour of the crash bars, which effectively protects the lamps from breaking in the event of a fall or impact with branches. The use of screws with the highest strength class of 10.9 in all mounting kits ensures that the accessories will remain in place even under extreme vibrations generated during long rides on rough or rocky trails. We make sure that the installation is intuitive and plug&play, using only the factory holes in the motorcycle frame.
