The PRO Crash Bars form the foundation of the protection system — shielding the lower parts of the motorcycle, frame, and critical components exposed to impact. Made from 25 mm steel tubing with 2 mm wall thickness, they offer exceptional durability without adding unnecessary weight.
The MAX Crash Bars provide upper-body protection by securing the fuel tank and fairings. MAX bars can be installed only together with PRO bars, forming a rigid, stable structure resistant to impacts, vibrations, and falls.
Crash bars are mounted exclusively to the motorcycle frame — never to the engine — ensuring maximum safety, zero stress points, and easy installation.

The luggage rack for the KTM 390 Adventure X and Adventure R was designed to safely carry gear in all conditions. Whether you’re touring on the X model or riding challenging terrain on the R version, the rack ensures secure mounting for soft panniers and loop bags while maintaining proper weight distribution.
Constructed from 20 mm aluminum tubing, the rack is lightweight yet exceptionally resistant to deformation. The design avoids contact with the engine and radiator and does not interfere with the installation of crash bars or the skid plate.
Additionally, a built-in grab handle makes lifting the motorcycle in off-road situations significantly easier.
