MAX Crash Bars for BMW F 900 GS are designed for riders who want to expand the basic PRO protection system and provide additional coverage for the upper areas of the motorcycle. They are particularly well suited to adventure travel and off-road riding, where drops and unexpected contact with the terrain are part of the journey.
MAX is part of the GARDA Equipment modular protection system and mounts directly to the PRO Crash Bars. This means that PRO Crash Bars are required to install the MAX Crash Bars.
Made from 25x2 mm steel tubing, the MAX system weighs only 2.9 kg. Combined with PRO, it creates a more comprehensive protection system covering a larger area of the BMW F 900 GS. Carefully designed tube geometry provides increased coverage while maintaining a compact construction that follows the lines of the motorcycle.
For riders using their motorcycle for adventure touring and off-road riding, the PRO + MAX combination provides significantly more coverage than the base PRO setup alone. The system can be further expanded with LOW Crash Bars for the most comprehensive GARDA protection configuration.
All necessary bolts, spacers and installation instructions are included in the kit.
